Facilitating strong, sustainable out of hospital care by working collaboratively with our PCNs and the wider network of Surrey GP Federations.
What We Do
GP Federations provide GP services at scale, where it is more efficient or effective than providing the same service within individual practices and also provide innovative new services to enhance patient care across the system.
NICS deliver services through local practices and Primary Care Networks (PCNs), and support this work by an infrastructure covering governance, finance and HR. As a not-for-profit entity NICS is committed to reinvesting surplus funds back into primary care delivery.
