Who Can Access The Clinic

Patients are usually booked into the Treatment Clinic by their GP practice or another healthcare professional when a procedure or follow-up treatment is needed.

What To Bring

Please bring the following items to your appointment.

Letters & Forms

Any letters or forms provided by the hospital or GP practice.

Dressings & Equipment

Any dressings or equipment you have been advised to bring.

Hospital Referrals

If your treatment has been requested by a hospital team, please ensure you bring the hospital paperwork or blood test form, as we cannot access hospital systems.

Location And Directions

When arriving on site, please follow the signs to Woking Community Hospital Reception. From the car park, walk towards Entrance D, passing the Outpatients Department on your way. Ring the bell at reception, where a member of staff will direct you to the Treatment Clinic.
