Our Services
Symptoms That May Be Seen By Acute Illness Hubs
Acute Illness Hubs
Acute Illness Hubs provide same-day, face-to-face appointments for acute presentations for non-emergency problems when GP practices are at capacity. The Acute Illness Clinic can only see patients registered with one of our NW Surrey Practices, please note we CANNOT see temporary patients. Weekday clinics run from 09:30-20:30 and Saturday clinics from 09:00-17:00. These are extended access appointments which help to support GP practices and provide more flexible face-to-face appointments for patients. Appointments can be booked via your GP practice; walk-in appointments are not available.
Phlebotomy Appointments
NICS provides phlebotomy appointments for patients 16 and over. Phlebotomy appointments are based in GP Acute Illness Clinics at Woking, Ashford, Phoenix Family Practice and Fort House Surgery. All appointments must be booked through your GP surgery, and all blood test forms must be available on the day of your appointment.
